Known as the Dexter rowhouses, this is one of our favorite past projects. Using aluminum paneling, concrete walls, and cedar, dubbed ‘Seattle Modern’ these townhomes have impeccable street appeal. The reverse floor plan maximizes the views from the living room, while the roof deck gives sweeping views from downtown Seattle to Gas works park. Natural walnut floors combined with industrial railings and high gloss cabinets creates an urban loft design.
