This signature project starts with the exterior aluminum paneling on one home w/ natural cedar on the other creating a distinct but complementing look. Floor to ceiling windows let in abundance of natural light while taking advantage of the views from 2nd and 3rd floor. Reverse floor plan gives easy access to the roof deck from living quarters. Interior design included hardwood floors with custom stain, while the first floor is polished concrete. Custom fabricated steel stairs with matching 4” block treads and cable railings, high gloss cabinets, & quartz countertops. Views from downtown Seattle all the way to Gas works park makes summer living easy.
